I wish to make xp style skins for a web site.Any suggestions as to how I should start ?Trying to stay away from flash or java animations in order to keep the dialers happy:)What type of other animations could be used to add to the aesthetic value yet
keep the functionality somewhat intact.

Personally I dislike animations on websites. Anything bigger than the usual emoticon is just wasting space.
