with which program need i open *.wba files?

its my first time that i am searching for icon sets, wallpapers, windowblinds etc. so i tried to download 1 of the windowblinds and i got *.wba. how can i use it? am i need a special program? please help me. 10q all!

Yes,

At the left side of the screen you can see all the libraries.
If you go to any of the libraries, on top of the page you will find the info on what program you need to use the files you download from that library. Hope it helps

In order to utilize the skins here (.wba files) you need to have a program called WindowBlinds. You can find information at the Store above or here https://www.stardock.com. Your best bet and better bang for the buck would be to invest in the Object Desktop Program as then you will have access to an entire array of customization!

Minor correction to _footsie_'s comment.................... Object Desktop is not a program, but a subscription to a suite of programs.
