I am looking for something that will chage the color of my stat bar at the bottem. But I dont know the program it is driveing me crazy. So can you plz give me the link of the fire I need to download to change my start bar color. THank you

I assume you mean "start" bar at the "bottom", then you want windowblinds. https://www.wincustomize.com/resources.asp?cmd=1
