Computer Illiterate Wallpaper Question

I have successfully downloaded and applied Window blinds twice now... Both were supposed to come with Wallpaper and I recieve everything but the Wallpaper.. What am I doing wrong?

In wb configuration, do you have apply any wallpaper supplied checked?

Open WindowBlinds configuration dialog > Basic Settings > Enhanced Desktop elements > Apply any wallpaper supplied must be checked.

Just read IMPORTANT: RE: Wallpaper Rejections by sirgrayhaze. Ok.. Still don't understand but my main question is answered,it is nothing I am doing wrong I guess.

When the windowblind says it come with the wallpaper you have to install the window blind, then go to C:/program files, object desktop, windowblinds, the name of the skin in question, and look for the wall there.
