how do you apply logon themes. and yes i am a newbie.

Download the program needed here.

Put the folder of the Logon you download into the Logon folder.

The file you download should be named 'something.logonxp'
Doubleclick it.

In the event that doesn't work, the file may named 'something.zip'. In that case, rename it to 'something.logonxp' and try again.

If that still doesn't work, unzip the file to a folder and look for a 'something.logonxp' file inside the zip.

Note: You may need to set your file viewing preferences to 'Show extensions of file types' to see the .logonxp or .zip part of the filename.

Of course, having the LogonXP program is also required. (Thanks, Keila)
