Icon Packager Problem

I changed photoshop.exe icon. All application (exe) icons show default icon now (same as unknown file type icon). I try to rebuild icon cache and repair icon images - icons still default. Can I restore to orginal icons ? How ?.

Yes, reinstall windows and don't do that again. This is a guaranteed way. You're the second person who has done this.
