Icon Packager '.exe' problem!

I'm so stuck! I accidently changed one of my .exe files icons using the Icon Packager additional menu in the properties ( right clicking on an .exe and clicking properties ). OK, now ALL my .exe have not just changed, but lost there original icons! e.g Normally you would look at an program installed on your hard drive and can see it by icon as well as its name. I've tried just about eveything, from clearing the icon cache, rebuilding, uninstalling Icon Packager and rebooting, reinstalling, throwing my keyboard as far as i can, eating chocolate and even removed all of StarDock related programs, but... nothing! I can still do everything else Icon Packager lets you do, but I can't restore my .exe icons! HELP, PLEASE!!!
