i'm really new to themes and etc...but if i install a theme and some add ons will this slow down my computer?and which theme manager or whatever is best to use...i use stylexp now...but i see that many use windows blinds...is it better? and what do i need to install to get like clocks,cpu usage and all those features on my desktop?

I have never used stylexp myself so would not know the difference. I do use WindowBlinds and love it.
As for the clock and CPU usage you should try out SysMetrix. You can download it here.http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/index.html
You will find may great skins for the program on this site.
