Customising Download Window.

hi there..
would like to know if anyone can tell me how i could change the animation in the download window..in case u dont know what im talkin about, im refering to whenever u download somethin in internet explorer, there's a download window..and there's an animation of the a file being flown over from a globe to a folder animation...well i've seen some nice skinning for that..but which program provides that customisation?

any urls would be appreciate!

Windowblinds can do that... ( http://windowblinds.net )

But the skin that you are using has to have custom Download animations...Otherwise it just shows the default ones..

Note: You also need the FULL VERSION of windowblinds to get it to do it.
