Unwanted floating window offering to "Create Fence Here" and Create Folder Portal Here" when I pass the mouse

This afternoon, an unwanted and not requested floating window  "Create Fence Here" and Create Folder Portal Here" when I pass the mouse over blank fields (to be fulfilled), IA platform prompt fields, Chrome fields, Word documents, etc. That is deeply irritating and I can't deactivate it. Please provide support in 24 hours or I'll cancel Fences for good.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried these setting. Perhaps, try the Right mouse button setting.
