Bug in "Icon Spacing" in Fences 6

from Stardock Forums

When I upgraded to Fences version 6 the icons would no longer fit in the fences I'd already created. I found that I could fix this by going to "Layout management" and checking the box to "Use same spacing inside and outside of Fence groups." The problem is that it isn't working properly. Every time I reboot the icons no longer fit in the fences. Going to the "Layout management" page it shows that the box is checked, but I have to uncheck the box and then recheck it in order for it to work. Please fix or point me to a solution for this.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, if you have not yet, Please try, uninstall Fences, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available (v6.52 Beta) in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the same issue still appear, we need more information.

  1. Windows 10/11 full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Which Fences version you was on before v6?
