Bug- cant play multiplayer

After i tried to play some mods, which didnt go well (game bugged) i tried to restart several times. Cleaned registers. Reinstalled the game, reinstalled steam. Nothing works. Is this game THAT bugged?? hiow can i f*****g play multiplayer ever again?
