WindowBlinds will only skin the user account it is applied on. If you want to use a skin on another account, you have to apply it there separately. So basically, you're in luck. You don't have to do anything special, because this is the way WindowBlinds works in the first place.

well i was just assumeing that it would change it all... does destop x change all accounts?

Nope, it only changes the account it is applied on. The only Stardock product that will effect multiple user accounts is IconPackager, and that only changes a couple system-wide icons on all accounts.

iz very nice.

my gf can log in and pretend she's on a mac.. i can log in and pretend i'm in Minority Report. nothing special to do it.
