HELP!

from WinCustomize Forums
i have no idea how to make it so that any of the skins i jsut downloaded are available to use. i tried searching for them and i tried using windowblinds and i just don't know what to do. sorry if this get's said a lot! i did look down the page before asking.

Well, first off, I thank you for the effort of actually looking for an answer first. Thats a good thing!

Now, do the default themes that come with WindowBlinds work? When you download a theme, does a little bubble pop out of the WB icon in the system tray saying "You've installed etc.."? Have you tried right clicking on the download link and hitting "Save Target As" and then saving it to your computer then clicking on it? If it doesnt work by clicking on the downloaded file, try opening the skin from disk through windowblinds config box.

If what cerebrojd suggests doesn't work, go to display properties, appearances, apply windows classic skin and then you can apply a windowblinds skin. Windows classic skin must be set for WB to work.It's easy once you find it. Good luck
