ObjectDock> Full taskbar replacement?

Is it possible to make OD to behave like the taskbar?
I want that all my opened windows stay on top (positionned not overlayed) of OD - I mean, OD should reserve itself some space on the screen bottom ,and stay fixed there, so that all other windows/apps open some pixels higher.
ObjectDock does hide bottom based buttons in some apps, or does pop up when I approach the pointer.

What I did is used DesktopX to reserve the space where I wanted my dock. For example, 40 pixels from the bottom of the screen. It kept all windows out of that space while still allowing DX objects and the ObjectDock there.

Cool, that did it...thank you! And 40 px is just the right size.

All I have to do now, is finding a Systray object for desktopX (if that exists)
and bye bye XP taskbar.

Hey, in order to make a DX system tray, just make a new object, and set the image to whatever you want. Then under the first tab, where is says "Type of Object" change that to "System Tray".

Hmmm, another little problem which I do not seem to manage:

DesktopX is running fine on startup, the fixed working area is applied, but the Tray-object does not autoload...I have to manually Load it from within DesktopX settings everytime.
I have created a new theme which contains the Systray object and saved it.
How do I autoload a specific theme or object on startup???
