Start 11V2 Freezes on setup

I have had start 11v2 for quite a long time.But i had to re-install windows 11 due to a crash.

So i re-installed start 11v2 also but it starts with the config screen but then it freezes and only 

can be closed with the taskmanager.

Tried it several times,but with the same result!

Any idea how to resolve this?Thanks in advance

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Thanks for your reply!

Used the purgefile and it removed all startmenu-programs.Did a restart.

Did a new setup of start 11...but same result.Keeps freezing at the config screen..

Perhaps, something is blocking or conflicting with Start11. Please try cleanboot: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1334935592/Start11+Clean+Boot. Do note that Clean boot need to be done with some care. Try it and report back.
