Start 11 Taskbar Broken Icon issue

I have an Icon that broke when Adobe updated Photoshop, I tried unpinning it from the taskbar without any luck. If I turn off Start 11 Taskbar Enhancer, I can delete the Icon. But once I re-enable the Taskbar Enhancer the dead Icon reappears, and I am unable to del or unpin it.

Any suggestions on removing it permanently?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build numbers.
  2. Start11 full version numbers.
  3. Post some Screenshots would help us understand it better.
  4. While Enhance taskbar turn on, if you restart Explorer.exe, does the "Dead icon" still appear?
