Ativação de chave adicional

Olá. Possuo uma licença vitalícia do start11 e gostaria de ativar um novo equipamento com ela sem que fosse necessário comprar uma nova licença. Acessei o plano com 5 chaves permanente mas antes de fechar a compra é mencionado que a licença é anual. Sendo dessa forma me vejo forçado a remover a chave do equipamento antigo e ativar no novo equipamento. Gostaria de adquirir nova licença desde que o ônus não fosse tão acima do esperado.

Hello. I have a license license from Start11 and would like to activate a new equipment with it without having to buy a new license. I accessed the plan with 5 permanent keys but before closing the purchase it is mentioned that the license is annual. In this way I see myself forced to remove the switch from the old equipment and activate in the new equipment. I would like to acquire a new license provided that the burden was not so above than expected.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It look like it, but if you purchased for 5 license, you should be able to activate it without issue up to 5 system. If you wish to add more licenses, more than five, you just need purchase it again.

não. minha licença é unitária. pra 5 licenças, agora elas são anuais ou permanentes ?

From this screenshot it show you have the choices to select permanent and subscription, 5 license or Single license.

It should be permanent if you purchased that one. Where did you see the annual thing? Post a screenshot shot of what you see.

Olá. Acredito que pode ser porque usei o botão "Need a single license?" mesmo estando em "Permanent", confere ? A propósito, pagamento único ou parcelamento ?

From what I know, It is single payment no installment. Any other question regarding your purchase or account please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
