Hide things when locking menu shortcuts positions

Hello... idk if this is the right place to post suggestions.
I am testing Start11 and I will definitely buy it!
1- Most wanting feature in Start11 for me would be the ability to add Quick Launch Toolbar in taskbar :( 
2- It should be possible to center align the shortcut text as shown on the image.
3- When we lock the icons, it means we have done the job, so these things appearing with mouse over should disappear to keep it clean and practical... plus when we don't name the groups, we could have less space in between :)

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. From what you've described, it seems many of those design choices were intentionally styled to resemble the Windows 10 Start menu. For example, the left-aligned text and spacing between groups are meant to help users transitioning from Windows 10 to 11 feel more at home.
You're welcome to request small adjustments to better suit your preferences. However, keep in mind that too many changes might complicate things for other users or affect overall consistency.

Thank you very much for considering.
Note that the text "Click here to name group" doesn't work when we "Lock menu shortcuts positions".
So makes sense that when something is locked, nothing should happen... rename, move, etc.
