Stardock 11 V1 stopped working correctly

I purchased stardock 8, then 10, then 11 upgrade, all was working great. Over the last week I noticed that Stardock 11 upgrade was not loading and W11 original was. I downloaded Stardock 11 upgrade from your site and reinstalled. It installs correctly and ask me to reboot my PC. After the reboot W11 style is back. I have also downloade Stardock 11 v2 and installed and the samething happens. Please can you advise why Stardock 11 v1 upgrade has all of a sudden stopped working. Kind Regards D Crosby

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First there is no Stardock 11, but there is Stardock Start11, perhaps you're referring to this? Also, then you installed Start11v2, did you purchase a new key for it?

No, no purchase for new key, but I dont understand why Start11 v1 has stopped working.

Need to know few more details

  1. What is your Windows 11 full version and OS Build number? Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Do you have any other 3rd party application running which also add or change something to your taskbar and or Start menu panel? For example DisplayFusion, StartAllBack, OpenShell etc.

Can someone assist please, Ive paid for Stardock 11 v1 which has been working fine and for an unknown reason has just stopped working. Is it because v2 has been released. ???  Is thre any discount for a loyal customer. ??

First, please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest Start11v1 version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Ive tried to unistall and nothing happens. is there a tool/app you can send me to fully unistall and download then reinstall. thanks

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Would like to suggest, do 30 days free trial on Start11v2 and see if the same issue appear with Start11v2. Perhaps there is compatibility issue with latest Windows 11 version with Start11v1.

It should be fine to install over, but uninstall and reboot also sometimes work better.
