Start 11 stops working,

Start11 v2, Windows 11 24h2.

Two different systems, Start11 stops working.  Click Start results in a fraction of window with about .25" appear, and "start menu" then nothing.

Windows key does not open Start menu either.  

Stopping/restarting Start11 related services provides no solution, reinstall and reboot is the only solution.

Windows 11 24h2 and Start 11 v2 are fully updated.   No other taskbar or start menu software is running.

What's the solution to prevent this from happening?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details.

  1. Start11v2 full version installed.
  2. Do you have any other application install and running that might cause conflict with Start11, such as Displayfussion, OpenShell, StartAllback etc which change how your taskbar/Start Menu/ Explorer work.
  3. When you said "reinstall and reboot is the only solution". What do you actually mean? Does the issue reappear after some times or after reboot etc? Please elaborate.
