START 11 ISSUES

Dear and respected Stardock,

 

First and foremost good day and all the best to you, please be kind to help me resolve the issues i have with Start 11 which occur in few areas like in Start menu does not show tiles although i have chosen the option of WINDOWS 10 STYLE, furthermore Start Menu-Configuration-Visual appearance does not show neither the right color nor the custom picture ,so with all that problems and issues laid out please provide your kind and professional knowledge on how to fix them so i can first and foremost use all the features as intended and lastly buy the full permanent version which at the point does not make sense with all the problems that the apps is having!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure, are you on free 30 days trial? If so, why are you on Start11v1? Why not do trial on V2? Which offer far more customization and more compatible with current Windows version.

Yes am on the version you mentioned and i saw you kind reply right at the moment while i was going to edit my original post just to mention that Start 11 v 1.55 somehow managed to completely block access to my task manager ,so i will be more than glad to give a 30 days trial go on Start 11 V2 and than if all goes according to plan i will buy the full product because start 11 gives otherwise ugly and completely user unfriendly experience a complete new visual make over which makes Windows 11 much more usable and visually appealing and not to bore you to tears with this post kind Sir would you consider being kind and extremely helpful one more time by sharing  link to download the Start 11 V2 so i can delete the Start 11 v 1.55 and customize my Windows 11 ,i would be very much grateful and appreciative to you if you would be so kind to put the link to download the Start 11 V2 version ?
