Suggestions, and an issue with Start 11 2.51

I haven't had start 11 for long, less than an hour, and I have found myself looking for some options and controls that are not there.
With the above image as an example. In the yellow box you can see there are some program names that are just too long to fit normally in the all programs view. This is with text at 100%. If you need to make the text larger this just quickly becomes even more of an issue.
While you can extend the start menu window to the left or right. The divider in the red box can't be adjusted. Well its more accurate to say that none of the dividers on the windows 11 versions can be adjusted, and this should be changed.
For the green boxes, it would be nice to have the options for what side of the start menu window they show up on, and if you want just the icons or if you want the text labels as well. While the all programs would need to sit to the right or left, the links bar could go on any side. Giving more ways to customize the start menu so you could have something like this: https://imgur.com/a/kmc6c1b
