[Suggestion] Please make taskbar positions on multiple monitors more granualar

I love Start11, but I have my monitors arranged in a 2x2 grid, so the option of treating all secondary monitors the same for taskbar positioning doesn't work at all for me.

I would love if I could have an option to have my two bottom monitors have the taskbar bottom-aligned, and my two top monitors having it top-aligned.
