Bought Start11 via Steam, but not able to update

Hi.
I purchased Start11 via Steam in July 2024. And recently I noticed there was no update. after checking it seems Start11 is no longer on Steam and it is stuck at version 2.08.

How can I update my Start11 version to the latest?
