Is there a way to set Start11 to English?

Hi,

I can't find it anywhere in the settings. I tried to google the solution, but came up only with some outdated posts on this forum.

Is it possible to change the language of Start11? I would really like to have the app in English. It runs automatically in Czech (my Windows display language), but the use of Czech is really, really bad. Moreover if one is of an IT background and kowledge, it does not make sense trying to guess what means what or have a feature name translated into string of long words as it goes with Czech...

If you can't change in the application itself, is it possible maybe during install with some command line options?

 

I am currently using Trial, maybe limitations of trial version? (thanks for trial btw., I almost bought it without trying it first, and that would be just waste of money, unable to change most fundamental, basic settings)

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe, you could force Start11 to use English language. You just need to browse to this folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start11\lang" , look for cs-cz.lng which should be for Czech language. Delete it or rename it to something else. Restart Start11 or reboot system and it should default to English.
