Start11 revert the taskbar setting after every reboot

I have Windows Version 24H2 (261000.3775) installed

Start11 2.51 installed.

After I set "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" and set up resize. Everything goes fine.

However, after reboot, although the "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" checkbox is still on, the Taskbar behavior comes back to standard Windows 11. Then I have to manually turn the option off and then on again; then the Taskbar will behave as expected.

Tried to purge and reinstall, but it does not help.

It appears to be a bug.

Any suggestion or comment to fix it?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. There is latest Start11v2.52 out, have you tried this version? You should be able to download it here: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/2374140091/Stardock+Network+Issue. Its the Start11v2 (Beta) link. Make sure to restart immediately after install is done. Retest it and report back.

thanks for the swift reply.

Installed the new version as per your instruction, but does not help. For example, I toggle on "Allow the taskbar to be resized". Reboot, then the setting is lost (toggle off), and the Taskbar can not be resized.

Further, it seems new bug with this version on "Allow the taskbar to be resized". Before, it seems I can resize immediately right after toggle on. But now it seems I have to restart Window explorer.
