Registered owner of v3; "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time."

I am a registered owner of Multiplicity v3 (Order #: 4811526).  When I click the Upgrade button on the v4 product page and enter the email I registered with, it returns "Sorry, you do not qualify for upgrade pricing at this time."

How do I get the 25% discount?

Try going to your account product download page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products , and see if Multiplicity 3 is listed there. If not, then you must have used a different email address for the purchase. If it is, and you still can't get the upgrade to work, you will need to raise a support ticket. Basj should be by shortly to help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
