[Bug] Horizontal Lines just above my Hidden Task Bar.

So, recently after an update, I began noticing 1 or 2 Horizontal Lines just above my Hidden Taskbar on my computer screen.

(This affects all of my monitors, not just the main monitor)
I did not associate it with the update at the time, thinking that maybe it was a video card bug.

However, it is pretty clear now that it is related to the Taskbar, not the video card as follows:

If I move the taskbar, the Lines move or disappear. And when the task bar is hidden, the lines return.
Resizing the taskbar does not changes the line positions., they only seem to show up just above the task bar as a "single" bar, and "hidden"... However making the taskbar 2 rows or 3 rows only remove the lines while the taskbar is visible, it returns when the taskbar is hidden. It is also sometimes just 1 line, on my other monitors:

Here is a an example of the two lines as I view the bottom of the screen on this forum:

Thanks for any assistance.

BTW, If I remove the "1 pixel" setting for compatibility, the "black line" disappears, but then my taskbar won't appear when I mouse to the bottom of the screen on any other monitors except the main monitor.
