Can Start11 add additional toolbars, notably an address bar, to the taskbar

The title pretty much says it all, but in Windows 10 and earlier an address bar could be incorporated in the taskbar.  Does Start11 have this capability?

No, not the same as Windows 10 address bar where you can type in an address to open up a location.
