I have a question

When I have started a program

If you press the Win button to open the Startup screen, click any application

The program I am using will be forced to shrink, and then the program I just clicked will be opened.

 

Instead of opening the program directly (it does not affect the program I am using)

do you understand what I mean?

Perhaps run winver and post version of Windows, and Start11. Also if you can, record a video of your problem occurring and send a YouTube link to it.

Are you perhaps running your apps in Full Screen mode? When you open a new app in Full Screen mode, the other open app is automatically minimized.

I reinstalled Start11 and it worked fine. Thanks for the response.

Another question, I noticed that Start11 is also available on Steam, but I already purchased it from the official store. Is it possible to transfer it to Steam?
