Frustrated and don't have time for this

Multiplicity Upgrade and switching primary computers

After over a decade working with Multiplicity, I upgraded to 4. It took several days to get it working on a primary and four secondaries. I switched primary computers yesterday and I could only get one secondary to work at a time. Any others would jump off the grid. Frustrated, I tried to downgrade to Multi 2, which worked well for several years, but it won't install. Now, 4 wont connect to anything.
I have wasted too much time and money on this. It is not a hobby and I can't afford to lose any more productivity days. This was a TOOL AND NOW IT IS WORTHLESS TO ME.
I remain very disappointed that as a paying customer, I can't get anyone on the phone to answer questions, or chat. I don't have the time to keep coming back to carry n a dialog.
I feel like you don't take your customers seriously. Please let me know how I can fix this without spending several more hours playing this game.

It sounds like the build on your computer you switched to be a primary is an earlier beta build that had an issue with limiting the number of active secondary computers to one at a time when using a Multiplicity 4 non pro licence.

This was resolved in the release version so I would recommend uninstalling it on that computer, rebooting and then downloading the latest version on your account and installing that.

We also have a pending update for Multiplicity 4 which I hope will be going out in beta next week with some tweaks to various things based on customer feedback.  But your specific issue should be addressed already in the release version so you just need that.
