Installing Strat11 I get the windwos cannot find Starock folder program etc message

When in stalling Start11  The message that windows cannot find the folder and contents  messages. They are available in explorer. If I click on any of the . exe nothing happens. The installer tell me it installed  I fo the recuqired restart  and then nothing. I have tried several times .

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important) as soon as the uninstall finished, redownload latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products . Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Also, if it still not working, need more details on your system.

  1. Windows full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 version you're trying to install.
  3. Screenshot of the popup error appear when you tried to install Start11.
