Child Windows Combining/Windows List

List of open child windows under an app does not behave.  Tried both never and sometimes combine, and get unpredictable behavior; the combined list of windows will intermittently show all open windows but often just the primary window.

Here is what it looked like in Win10 (and basically how it looks in Start11 when it works)

Here is what I see in Start11 v2.51 most of the time even with the same number of child windows open as above screenshot:

That list is provided by the OS so we have no control over it.

But that looks like a tooltip rather than a clickable list suggesting the list itself has never appeared.

First step would be to uninstall Start11, reboot and then install the 2.52 beta of Start11 that's available now.  That rules out any install issues.

Thanks Neil, is there any reason it would work sometimes but not other on this current build (2.51)?  Is there a proper (and improper) way to invoke (yes, when working it is a clickable list)?

Clean uninstall+reboot, installed 2.52 beta and gave me same experience.  Uninstalled beta and back at 2.51 now, same behavior.
