Transpart task bar and start bar issues

After updating start 11 to 2.51 the task bar will no longer honor transparency settings when blur wallpaper under task bar is enabled and transparency in the start menu does not work at all.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, this is what I get on Start11v2.51. Please post a screenshot on what you get on your system. Also, did you reboot your system right after the v2.51 install?

I assume you have not disabled transparency effects in the OS?

If I turn off blur wallpaper the task bar will be transparent, however the menu never goes transparent.
This was working on the rev just before this one. 

Yes I rebooted.
No transparency is not turned off in the OS.

For Start panel, please turn off Mica effect.

For taskbar, please check if you already set transparency for both these states.
