Taskbar - Separating Uncombined Buttons

I don't like my taskbar buttons combined so I've set it so the taskbar buttons to never combine.

However, if I have two Chrome buttons (windows) open at the same time they are tied together meaning and I can't separate one window from the other they are attached at the hip.

I want to be able to separate the two Chrome windows and have one on the left side and one on the right side.

Moved to Start Menu Products area

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I believe this behavior is standard with Windows with or without Start11 running.
