Premium Features not working, even though Ive entered license key

Hello, since reinstalling Start11 v2 I cant change the taskbarsize to small.

It just says me to activate let Start11 even though I just activated it.

Moved to Start Menu Products area

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to clarify something. Did you mean Start11 or Start11 v2? These two products are not the same.

Also, need information on Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.

Start11 does not have premium vs free features.  It is all or nothing.

If it asks to activate then it isn't activated.  Do you perhaps have something which cleans up 'unused' files?  Those have been known to remove files which are in fact important.

Sorry for my late answer, Ive got a Start11 v2 license activated

My win version is 23h2 (build 22631.4751)

You just need to enable the enhanced taskbar option at the top of that taskbar settings page.  Without that you cannot enable non medium size taskbars.
