Start11 crashed after open, search,enter

hi,

I need support for the Start11 software.
Since I installed it, the app crashes every 2nd day.
This means that the explorer.exe is closed and then reloaded.

However, the problem only occurs when I press the Windows key and then search for something directly.
For example Netflix. And if I then press enter, the app crashes.

This is always sporadic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Since I don't know what to do anymore, I have to turn to you

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows 11 full OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 full version number.

I would suggest updating your OS if only to protect your security and to receive support and updates from Microsoft, DeKe79.

First, please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Re-download latest Start11 v2.49.2 Beta from your account. Install it, reboot again right after installation is done. Retest the issue and report back.

Done.

No problems so far after two restarts.
I'll test for a few more days and write again if the problem occurs or no longer occurs.

The problem seems to have been fixed with the new beta.
No more crashes since then.
