Start 11 v2.5 Beta feedback

random failure to restart with taskbar on side of screen

Tried Start 11 v2.49 beta.  Love the way it works.....except for the bug that requires me to re-start Explorer about 50%+ of time when starting PC from cold boot.   Works better for hibernate based re-starts.  Looking fwd to fix.  Thanks.
