Start 11 Not Working at Startup after Win 10 Upgrade

Installed Win 10 upgrade (September 24, 2024—KB5043131 (OS Build 19045.4957)) yesterday on 2 PCs (1 NUC8, 1 AsRock B550M). After successful installation, neither PC would restart into Start11; in fact, no taskbar startup apps came up in the taskbar.  After some research I went to Settings/Apps/Taskbar and found a completely new app enabling screen which showed all taskbar apps disabled (Start11 was not listed).  After enabling my apps, some came up after restart, some did not.  I was able to jury-rig Start 11 by adding a shortcut for the executable to the startup folder, but the Start11 program is not initiated immediately after restart for several seconds.

Is anyone else experiencing these problems with Start11 and other startup programs in the taskbar after the Win10 upgrade?...Any solutions documented online?...any ideas?...Thanks.

Upgraded to v2 and reinstalled Start11...it is now starting up and functioning properly on both PCs...Thanks!
