Folders in menu mode should still have an option to open in File Explorer

When a pinned folder has the "open folder as a menu" setting enabled, there should be an action in the context menu to open it in File Explorer. Most times, I prefer to have the menu UI for a pinned folder, but sometimes, I just want to quickly open it in explorer.exe. This would make it easy to do both without having to toggle this option back and forth every time.

If you hold the shift key and click the folder or any child folders, it will open in Explorer.
