Fences 4 user upgrade

I am a Fences 4 user. If I upgrade to ver. 5 do I get a discount as a registered user of ver. 4?

Very underwhelmed that you provide no discount to long term users of your product when thinking about an upgrade. I only use permanent licences. I am not interested in Subscriptions. I will not be upgrading to version 5, 4 works fine.
