Invalid Start mode: archive offset

When I ran a purge bat file I downloaded from the support forum, I rebooted, then when I started back up and attempted to run the Fences 5 trial setup file, the error "irsetup: Invalid Start mode: archive offset" appears and I cannot reinstall the application. I'm using winver: 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4037) How can I get the setup file to run, or can someone direct me to an older Fences 5 version?
