Fences 5 on ARM (Microsoft Surface Laptop)

I just paid $30 for Fences 5 to use on my new Microsoft Surface laptop. When I installed it, I was immediately directed to a Stardock page that said I needed to also have Object Desktop Insider, which means I also have to pay for Object Desktop. That was never made clear at the beginning. This is misleading. Also, there is nowhere to register this as a problem except here on a discussion board, which means that the response I get is going to be from other users, not from Stardock. So, what am I supposed to do? Is there a version of Fences that allows me to use it without buying a bunch more stuff? If there isn't, I need my money back.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, currently Fences for ARM based systems are only available for users that have ObjectDesktop insider release active subscribtion. You have two choices, either purchase ObjectDesktop package subscription or wait Fences with ARM support release. Hopefully, it will be soon, but there is no official time announced yet. Do know, very recently Start11v2.1 with ARM was released for all : Ref here: https://forums.stardock.com/529963.

If you wish for refund. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refund" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
