Product activation

I've been using Fences 4 and just tried to upgrade to Fences 5. I've paid for Object Desktop and downloaded and installed it, but I cannot activate it. I've been attempting to activate it both online and offline but continue to get failure messages. I'm about to give up and apply for a refund.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. It best to raise a Support ticket for account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
