Stardock Start 11 v2

Works perfectly on my Desktop but not on my (identical configured) Laptop

Good afternoon,

Strange problem :

I installed Stardock Start 11 v2 on both machines :

- They have the same 2 users, the same file structure and content.

BUT : On my Desktop both of the users got the Windows 10 Startmenu (that's what I wanted)

And on my Laptop one of the users got the Windows 10 startmenu as well while the second user got the Windows 7 startmenu (what I didn't want at all).

How do I solve this please ?

Have you selected  the Windows 10 Style on the "Start Menu" page of the config app while that user is logged in?

Do you mean that both users should be logged-in?

I don't think I did that.

When I installed Start11 on my desktop I am sure that only one of the 2 users was logged-in.
Both users got the Win10 start-menu anyhow when I installed Start11.

No. Just the user with the Windows seven Start menu. Have them log in and then open the Start11 config app, and then select Windows 10 Style.

This worked perfectly.
My Laptop is now (just like my desktop) Windows 11 with a Windows 10 Start menu.
