keyboard shortcut for sleep no longer works

My keyboard has a shortcut to put the compute to sleep, [Fn+F1] Since installing Start11 this no longer works. How can I correct it?

I am running Windows 11.

Is this on a laptop/notebook or tablet?
If this on a desktop, which software that you use to assign that keys to execute sleep mode command?
Need Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
Start11 version.

Problem solved. I discovered that the function keys have a lock that was accidentally activated and have de-activated it.
