Pialli,

Could someone please reset all my activations, I lost access to computer and I am trying to re-install groupy2 but activation is active elsewhere. I also do not see the ... for individual products in my account so that I can deactivate them myself as suggested in FAQ.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you don't see the "..." anywhere, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Go to your Account Downloads at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and click the three dots on your Object Desktop subscription. You should be able to deactivate from there.

or, if you don't have Object Desktop, click the three dots on the Groupy2 box.
