Can't Right-Click Taskbar Icons When Positioned At Top of Monitor

I used to be able to do this, and I'm not sure if it was the recent Windows update that broke it or if it happened before that.  But I just noticed that I can no longer right-click an icon (for example, to choose "Pin to Taskbar") when the taskbar is placed at the top of the Monitor.  If I move the position to the bottom then right-clicking works as expected.

I just upgraded to Start11 v2 (from v1.5) and it did not fix the issue :(

Is there anything that can be done about this?

Hey that worked!  Thanks.

Any chance it is possible to have Enhanced Taskbar enabled but turn off the thing where it expands each application that is open?

I'm happy to have right-click functionality back, but I'm finding it very distracting to have all my app icons expanding and contracting with each document I open or close.

Click "Taskbar button combining" at the top of the page and select "Always combine taskbar buttons."

Ha, I saw that but I didn't realize it was collapsed and needed to be expanded.  Again, thank you!
