Issues upgrading to start 11 v2

So I recently opened start 11 and saw the offer to upgrade to start 11 v2 so I thought great Ill do that, but when I try to enter its product key it says invalid and I'm still on v1 even if I reinstall through the new link. Any idea on how to fix this.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to clarify something, did you actually downloaded Start11v2 from your account download page, installed it, rebooted and then try to activate it using your new Start11v2 activation key?
